FAYETTE – Mary Ann Heath, age 85, of Fayette, passed away Saturday, June 8, 2024, at Fulton County Health Center in Wauseon, Ohio. She was born in Burlington on July 15, 1938, to the late Arthur and Edna (Gerken) Schang. On Thanksgiving, November 26, 1959, in Elmira, she married James F. Heath, and he preceded her in death on April 16, 2005. She worked for over 38 years at the former LaChoy Plant (Conagra) in Archbold.
Mary spent her free time exactly how she wanted to. She enjoyed playing card games with family, playing slot machines at the casino, as well as spending time at home working on word search puzzles. She would join her late husband and siblings for activities like fishing, local and Nascar races, and county fairs. She enjoyed watching the Fayette High School girls' basketball games and going to the Home Restaurant in Archbold with her family. She was an avid bowler, playing in a bowling league in Morenci with her daughter.
